How can I get a refund?

Please be aware that you are not eligible for a refund if you have participated in a 7-day trial.


How you can get a refund depends on where you bought your Lingvano subscription.

Apple App Store (iPhone/iOS)

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your purchase ourselves. Please contact Apple to request a refund for your payment. You can find more information about this here

Google Play Store (Android)

You can find all details on how to request a refund for a purchase on Android here:

Website (browser)

Please contact us and we will assist you. For contacting us, please select "Submit a ticket" and send us a quick message.


Note: Refunds are only possible within 20 days after your initial purchase and if you did not take a 7-day trial.
