Most of the time, it's not necessary to sign "and". You indicate "and" by shifting your body.
Usually it's already implied by just grouping objects together: ME HAVE HOUSE, BOOK, GLASS.
You would only use the sign AND if you want to emphasize it particularly strongly.
- "or"
You indicate "or" with your body shift movement.
Signing example: YOU HAVE BOOK GREEN or BLUE
Samewise, when expressing "and", but instead of keeping a neutral facial expression, raise your eyebrows as you would when asking a question.
That way, your conversational partner knows you want to communicate "or".
