Why is my progress lost?

Don't worry – your progress most likely isn't actually lost. Try the following solutions to restore your progress.

1. Switch to the correct sign language

It can happen that you were switched to a different sign language. To change back to the correct one, go to Settings at the bottom of the screen and then choose Select Language.

2. Login with the correct account

Check if you're logged in with the correct account. To do so, go to Settings at the bottom of the screen and then select Edit Profile.

At the top of the screen, you can see your email address. If it isn't the correct one, log out and then log in with the correct one.
